This plugin was developed by Thinkbox Software to provide a conduit for acquiring the system for shading, deforming, selecting, storing, and representing particles, including dust, silt, ocean surface foam, etc. 

This small tool integrates well with Particle Flow, the default particle system built into 3DS Max Event-Driven Particle System, and also provides a platform for the 3D artist to share the particles with other 3D and simulation applications.
